Telus TV+ Login failed

Hey!
I have combed through all similar posts with no luck! My app says login failed cannot connect to server. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone, tried on data. Tried on wifi. Ensured the password is correct. Turned off the Telus as the tv provider to sign in manually. Please help me.

There comes a point where calling Telus is the next best option. Sometimes it is a provisioning issue.

If only I could wait on hold for hours…this is why I reached out here. I have attempted to wait on hold but between 4 kids and working full time and Telus business hours not an easy feat

You could also try reaching their support on Twitter (TELUSSupport) or from their Facebook presence. They can deal with account issues from there, which can’t be addressed from this forum. Saves being on the phone waiting.
