I can't watch Starz channels

It says I must be on Telus home network to watch Starz channels. Why is that????? Seems pointless

My network is hard wired with Ethernet from the outlet. I custom-built a new home and I have fibre in all my outlets. So why am I getting this?

Sounds like something in the back end needs updating, as your IP address appears not to be matched to your physical address. I suggest contacting TELUSSupport on the platform formerly known as Twitter, or through their Facebook page, to save time waiting online.
