Why am I not able to record channel 813 the TIME station?

I don't see the Telus Sports Zone app on new digital box. Is it an app?

It says I must be on Telus home network to watch Starz channels. Why is that????? Seems pointlessMy network is hard wired with Ethernet from the outlet. I custom-built a new home and I have fibre in all my outlets. So why am I getting this?

This also happens on channel 380. Are these streaming channels???? If so that would explain why I can't record them

I also have Directv Stream for my US fix and recording lasts 9 months Hopefully Telus can match or exceed this
