My account was canceled back in around May 2022. due to a new offer. However the refund check hasn't sent out and I didn't noticed it until yesterday. I used to trust Telus is a ESG company and will always take care of their customer to a higher standard compared to their competitors, based on their market campaign. My past experience was that Telus normally send out refund check within a month. However, this experience definitely has negative impact of their reputation in my circle. Hopefully there will be action to be taken from Telus to rebuild my trust on them.
