I have spent up to 6 hours on the phone with Telus reps with the last one on November 29 where I was promised by both reps I spoke to that I would get all my money back that they overcharged and my bill would not be more than 190.00 both lied I have not had my refund and my bill is 290.00 again. This is so upsetting that customers can be lied to so blatantly and easily. If I had enough money I would buy out of my contract with Telus but I don’t so I have to. Put up with being treated this way. Nobody will do anything about this but I had to have my say .
