Has anyone else experienced issues with cancelling services? I’ve been trying to cancel my home security and home phone line. I called in mid-November, as there was no other option, but the representative I spoke with was not very friendly. She offered me a deal to keep the services, which I declined. She assured me that the cancellation would take effect on December 1, 2025 and that I would receive a final bill within a few days, along with instructions for returning the equipment, a postage-paid return label, and details on where to take the parcel.
Unfortunately, none of this arrived before we left for a trip. We expected it to be here when we returned in December, but nothing has come. I also emailed billing but never received a response.
It’s extremely frustrating to have another month of charges now when the services should have been cancelled, especially since our contract ended over a year ago.
