I’m so frustrated with this blasted app not giving me the correct up to date balance on my account. I’ve been in the app several times this month to pay or even prepay (not allows apparently) my bill. Our cell phone account comes up and I was able to pay online as usual but the home service I had to log into the website to find it and pay. This is not the first or even second time this has been an issue.
You force us to do everything online which I don’t hate but for Pete’s sake make sure it works.
this appears to be the only option to even get a hold of someone to say FIX THE APP!
