This applies to both Mobility and Home accounts.
On the "past-bills" page, there is a link to download an entire year's worth of bills. But instead of getting 12 pdf's, I only got 10 (missing April and May) for Mobility and 10 (missing April and June) for Home.
While I can at least download the missing pdf's individually, how hard can it be for "Download all available 2024 bills" to, you know, actually download all available 2024 bills? But then again, nothing with the Telus website and app surprises me any more.
