I cannot view the Call Control information on my account. The message on the page reads: Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later. It's been two weeks since I've been trying to access the Call Control information.

I was able to reach someone in technical support who was familiar with the message. They had someone reset the call control in the back end. Once it was reset everything worked fine.

I just checked mine and it works for me. I haven't checked in a very long time and just realized how many calls I get that fail the screening. All robo calls judging by the caller id number being spoofed to be close to my number.
Have you tried accessing it using a different browser or device?
