How it Works
TELUS Rewards is a free program that enables eligible new and existing TELUS customers to earn points on their monthly bill and redeem them for amazing rewards. Earn 2% in points for every dollar spent on eligible Home Services, and an extra 2 points every month simply by linking your TELUS Post-paid Mobility account as long as its active! For example, if you spend $100 per month, you'll earn 2 points! There's also an Enrollment bonus just for starting up, and even a bonus on your anniversary! Get bonus points after each year of membership! Awesome!

- Optik TV
- Satellite TV
- Pik TV
- SmartHome Security
- A linked Post-paid TELUS Mobility account
How to Sign Up
It's easy! All you need to do is sign up via your My TELUS account. Visit our page HERE and simply click on the green 'Access your rewards' button to get started. If you don't have a My TELUS account, there's a link right below that button to get you registered. Then you can start earning!

It's under the Telus Services category. I just used it a couple of days ago. Note that you can only redeem for Telus services credit once every 12 months.

Thank you for the update. I do agree with others that it is hard to see it go. If our discussions here add any input to what gets added and removed for the rewards catalog I would like to say the current selection isn't great. Most of the e gift cards and rewards in general are not ones I used. Amazon, Google play, and restaurant gift cards are what I use most and now Amazon Google play and many of the restaurant gift cards are gone. Hopefully they will be brought back soon

-1 to telus for discontinuing the Amazon Gift Cards. Nice move guys. You really know what your customers want!
...and no, "TELUS_Support", clearly you DON'T hear us. However, we hear YOU clearly giving us, your customers, the runaround. Your "team" lol. How many people does it take to get in contact with Amazon and order some girt cards? Your "team" is clearly incompetant on a significant level.
Leave it up to telus to take away useful options from their customers!

I would be pleasantly surprised to find my assumptions here are not so. That as Telus says, it's no longer supporting this particular reward, is not incompetence as suggested, but rather, a strategic corporate decision due to a given reward's popularity, but in the reverse. In this case, Amazon Gift Cards. On its face, it seems that there must not be enough of a built-in incentive with Amazon for Telus Rewards or they would continue it . . . that loyalty and Telus customer satisfaction, is not enough.
I, too, am not happy with their decision.

I keep getting the "You are temporarily unable to redeem this item.You may please try again later." error.. it's been months that I am trying to redeem in-stock rewards and I have enough points.

I've never been able to redeem my Telus rewards, I have enough points for a $50 uber gift card and it's in stock. I keep getting this message: "You are temporarily unable to redeem this item.You may please try again later." after I click on text me/call me to authorize the redemption. I called support and they aren't helpful. I'm feeling extremely frustrated.

I’ve been trying to resolve the issue of my missing Anniversary Rewards points (10 points) for two billing cycles now. A three day chat ordeal through the app, which was terminated by your agents before the issue was resolved. Another unsuccessful attempt to resolve by telephone after submission of an online form to management. Just terrible, terrible service over what should be the simplest of issues. The irony is, you don’t have any real “rewards” I want anyways. I guess it’s just the principle of it at this “point”. Thanks for your time.

I have no idea how to send you a private message on here. I’ve been told the issue would resolve itself in the next billing cycle (it didn’t). I’ve been told Telus Rewards doesn’t award anniversary points (you do). The latest I’ve been told is that Telus has NEVER awarded me anniversary points, forcing me to look up and screenshot every anniversary point posting to my account dating back to 2018 and prove to Telus something they should most certainly be capable of looking up themselves. What is it I can provide to you that hasn’t been provided to multiple Telus reps already?
