RBC Account Holders Beware - New Billing/Payee Info doesn’t match

RBC does not accept a 9 digit account number under the Telus Communications payee. Had to call Telus to get the “tenth” digit so it would be accepted. Thanks Telus for sending me and millions of customers transitioning from ADT Billing to Telus Communications a useless letter with a 9 digit account number and instructions, only to have to jam up the call centre to get 1 digit you forgot to print on the notice or better yet communicate to RBC.

Sorry about that! The tenth 'banking digit' is always on your monthly bill, and alternatively you can always reach out to us over at our Twitter or Facebook pages to reach us faster!
