Like everyone else I took advantage of a Black Friday plan deal. I ported my number from Telus to Public Mobile. I want to make sure my previous pre-paid plan with Telus is cancelled. When I click on "Device and Plan summary" and get the message "unexpected error". When I try to "Change Plan and Addons" I get a system error.
Does this mean my plan is cancelled?

Postpaid accounts will be cancelled on porting, and a final bill sent. Pre-paid will just expire at the end of your 30 day period.

I ported Dec 3, but am being billed until Jan 23. How do I get this reversed? Is there a live person to talk to?
