One year ago I called Telus to remove a line that we no longer need. I check my bill and see that they are charging me for the line I asked to be removed one year ago. I don’t even know who is using the line as it’s not me or my partner. I am considering canceling with Telus as they are really awful.
yes it’s my bad for not checking before but I assumed the representative that was supposed to close the line knew what he was doing.
I will never trust them again sadly.
