It amazes me when you contact loyalty department you get someone who doesn't care you are a long time customer. They make you wait long times and at the end they refuse o give you any reasonable deal but will give them to new customers. Then they give you offers that are insulting and try to upsell you

After 25 years with Telus mobility went to a different provider because of Telus refusal to give loyal customers any kind of loyalty deals
