Hello everyone.
I have recently bought a prepaid SIM card and a phone from my local Telus store, however, when I try to activate sai card on the website (https://www.telus.com/mobility/prepaid-activations), the billing action always fails (https://www.telus.com/mobility/prepaid-activations/billing-failed). Is there any reason why or ways to get around this inevitable error ? I'll also add that the "billing failed" page doesnt feel like it is the way it should (picture included).
