Random data dropouts

Hey Folks,

Just recently joined Telus and my cellular data has random dropouts. This is happening in specific locations on 5G however, TOO many locations. This is really annoying because in my area I go for a walk

1) I randomly drop out with 30 seconds before reconnect
2) I’m forced to use LTE and manually waste time changing between 5G and LTE
3) It’s been 2 weeks.

iPhone 13, iOS 17. Not a software issue. Clearly Telus.

Hello. Have you tried resetting your Network Settings or speaking with our Mobility team about this?

I have tried a reset. Didn’t speak with your team. From what all I’ve seen people say they blame it on the phone (which clearly is NOT the case)
