Porting number to Bell

Just Moved In
I called bell and got them to send two porting requests to bring my existing Telus number(s) over. I was told to expect texts from Telus to confirm.
I never received any texts for either numbers. This is two times I've tried the request and I've seen other posts where people have similar issues.


Porting requests usually go to the account holders number.  Is that one of the numbers being ported?  Have you tried turning off your device for a minimum of 5 minutes to allow the device to refresh its connection to the network to see if those texts arrive?  Is the account holder using an Android or Apple device?  

Android for both phones. I am the account holder and the phone with old sims is in a spare phone that I use to alternate between the two sim cards(telus).
