Number porting in deleted phone number in account

I've ported in my number from Bell and follow the process online. It asked to choose for a service and I choose one of the phone number in my account and it say's that nothing will happened or change on that account. 

Followed the process filled in the information and after the process my number that was ported in replaced the phone number that is currently in the account.
