Ported number but calls and messages still appearing from new Telus number

I followed all the steps to port my number from Public Mobile. If someone tried to reach me at my original number (the one that was ported over) it works, however my outgoing calls and messages appear to come from the new Telus number. Help!

@Amytelus Is this still happening? It can happen up to 24 hours after the initial port (most times ports are quick and within 15 minutes) but it will generally resolve itself within this timeframe.
