New sim card
Hihi, My question is, if i lose my sim card and not my phone, and I get a new one, would I still have the same account number? Thanks
If you lose your sim card you should contact Telus immediately and have them deactivate it from your account. Many services send 2 factor authentication codes to your phone number and you don't want someone else receiving them if they find your sim card. Treat it like a lost credit card.
