I switched my daughters phone to telus from koodo, my bill has never been higher, Credits given for swtching over are showing up as amount owing on my bill and everytime I call in they keep me on hold for upwards of 1 hr. Then i get no help my bill is wrong but they seem to not want to do anything rather press me for an amount I dont owe. Horrible customer care,customer service and expiriannce and they really don't care or somone whould have called me back. My bill is at $1200 lol and absoluty a joke. Stay away from this company bigger they get they forget about the people who have been loyal.
