Yesterday morning I called Telus to become a new plan member, transferring from Koodo. All was going well until I replied "yes" to the confirmation text saying I wanted to leave Koodo. My service was instantly cancelled and my call cut off. I have no service, am travelling, and have no way to receive a call back because I don't have any service, a fact their AI system can't seem to comprehend. I can't find any information on where to find the QR code that my Pixel phone requires to install the eSIM. I feel stuck in a cycle of unhelpful information on Telus webpage.

Visit a Telus store, you have to purchase an eSIM card or request one shipped to you. Archaic I know, but this is how they support Android, iPhones can be done remotely.
