Has anyone heard back from price match requests from Black Friday?
EPP deals were available early so I bought in with the reassurance I could price match if something better came up -- it did, for Black Friday, so I submitted a price match request on December 3. Essentially I'm paying $17 a month for the iPhone 16, while the Black Friday deal was only $10 a month. Another friend who is on the exact same deal submitted and has already gotten his adjustment, but I haven't heard anything.
Anyone have any intel on how these decisions are made?

I’m having the same issue and called a few times to inquire and they only advised me to wait. It’s now over a month since the request is sent and my first bill have arrived.
