No data. Only wifi as im worried he will go over his data. Calling and texting. Currently doesnt have a phone. So need a phone also. Hes 11

@Shancb  Cheapest phone you can find. Low end plan with data shut off. Screens are not cheap to replace.  Best do it at a store so they can make sure data is off ...
