Not able to make calls, receive calls and getting texting errors

For the past month or so my service has declined. Texting results in a cannot send message regularly. Today when I tried to call, after about 20 seconds the sound on the call would drop out and then eventually hang up.  I'm not getting any calls from others but getting notified about vmail (no ringing happening). I've now reset my Bluetooth and wifi and that's not helping. I reseated my sim card and not changing anything.  I've resorted to using Skype to make calls now.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get through to service support and the chat bot is useless. Any thoughts on how i can get this resolved? Would a visit to aTelus store help?

I'm not sure how I can do business when I'm not getting calls.

Have you tried setting up Wi-Fi calling? It has been useful to me in rural locations.
