I had a long conversation with a Telus tech on the phone tonight. One of the towers was not responding and there was a second tower connected to it that was not responding. Both in my neighbourhood and causing network connection issues. Even after getting a new sim card I still couldn't make or receive calls (thank goodness for Skype so i could call Telus). For the past month or so my service has declined. Texting results in a cannot send message regularly. Today when I tried to call, after about 20 seconds the sound on the call would drop out and then eventually hang up. I'm not getting any calls from others but getting notified about vmail (no ringing happening). I've now reset my Bluetooth and wifi and that's not helping. I reseated my sim card and not changing anything. I've resorted to using Skype to make calls now. There doesn't seem to be a way to get through to service support and the chat bot is useless. Any thoughts on how i can get this resolved? Would a visit to aTelus store help? I'm not sure how I can do business when I'm not getting calls.2.1KViews0likes4Comments
