Stream+ Activation Issue

My subscription to Stream+ expired and I purchased another Stream+ subscription. Did not receive the activation e-mail so got referred to tech support.

 

Tech support was no use and ended up cancelling my subscription without explaining to me that I have no way of resubscribing until after a month. It was not explained to me that after my subscription was cancelled I could not resubscribe right away.

 

Is there truly no other way for me to subscribe? I don't understand how I was able to purchase a subscription and not actually get to use it.

If you already paid for the service and then removed it, you can use it until that expires. Unfortunately you can't add another one until that previous service is set to expire.

That's the issue in the first place. I was never able to use the service.

 

The tech support agent cancelled it, and that was their solution on how to fix the issue.

 

I thought cancelling would get rid of the subscription completely, allowing me to purchase again. Now I've paid for the service that has been cancelled, and I don't have access to anything and have to wait a month to purchase again.

No message at all. "Launch" button below doesn't work. Tech support couldn't help. Their solution was to cancel my account.

Supposedly getting a refund. Not sure if Telus has an actual solution for this.
