Stream+ Activation Issue
My subscription to Stream+ expired and I purchased another Stream+ subscription. Did not receive the activation e-mail so got referred to tech support. Tech support was no use and ended up cancel...

That's the issue in the first place. I was never able to use the service.
The tech support agent cancelled it, and that was their solution on how to fix the issue.
I thought cancelling would get rid of the subscription completely, allowing me to purchase again. Now I've paid for the service that has been cancelled, and I don't have access to anything and have to wait a month to purchase again.

No message at all. "Launch" button below doesn't work. Tech support couldn't help. Their solution was to cancel my account.

Supposedly getting a refund. Not sure if Telus has an actual solution for this.
