Stream+ Activation Issue

Official Support TeamIf you already paid for the service and then removed it, you can use it until that expires. Unfortunately you can't add another one until that previous service is set to expire.
That's the issue in the first place. I was never able to use the service.
The tech support agent cancelled it, and that was their solution on how to fix the issue.
I thought cancelling would get rid of the subscription completely, allowing me to purchase again. Now I've paid for the service that has been cancelled, and I don't have access to anything and have to wait a month to purchase again.

No message at all. "Launch" button below doesn't work. Tech support couldn't help. Their solution was to cancel my account.
