I ordered a new iPhone 13 Pro Max on friday march 18 and i got an email saying i needed to confirm information about my order and to call the webstore so i called and didn't get an answer i emailed and no answer. I paid the $200 upfront and it said i should have it by the end of the week. Now yesterday i checked and the payment was reversed. WHat does that mean for me do i order the phone again or keep trying to contact the webstore?

If you’ve been refunded, you will need to start again.
Usually if problems arise, it is tied to your ID, and you are asked to confirm at a physical location. It might be fastest to go to a physical sales outlet if you retry.
