OVER BILLED

So I was told plan is 35 $ a month and phone 52.00 a month they still have me on my old contract for samsung A54 I t was suppose to be cleared off and put on to samsung S25 Aultran and tallk text only what the heck is going on ?

Telus Bring it Back

Sent my bring it back phone in the beginning of January. Confirmed it arrived. Still do not have a credit on my bill for the returned phone. Getting really frustrated!!!
