Why Telus raising my bill by over 25 dollars

I have been with Telus and got really great service for 50dollars a month my contract ending this month ther they want me to pay 85dollars a month for another 2yrs contract that is a rip off you will loose alot of customers that way me being one of them 😢

You can continue on your current plan on a month to month basis.

It's always a good idea to contact them when you contract is about to run out as you can usually arrange to keep your existing plan (or sometimes better) for the same price:

You will likely have to commit to another 2 year contract.

Infact i did since it is exprying at the end of June and the customer service guy is the one who told the service I'm getting now which is 100dollars and I get 50 dollars discount has gown up to 115dollars and he can reduce to 85dollars so my bill will jump from 50 dollard to 85 dollars on the same service even if I commit another 2 yrs which is absurd

Unfortunately costs are going up across the board.

 

There are other providers and if you aren't happy with Telus then now is a good time to switch.
