Hi,
I canceled all my Telus services Jan 17th. I have an email to prove it. Now Telus is billing me and still and wants me to pay for 1 and half months I never even had their service hooked up to my house. I have been a customer for over 30 years and never missed a payment, very loyal to them. They are now trying to charge me $411 dollars when all I owe is $88. I have spent hours on the phone with agents trying to resolve this and they seem to think it's funny as I can hear them laughing. It is not legal to charge someone for a service that they are not receiving. They now tell me I have to wait another month while they figure my bill out. I am sure I will be charged yet another month while I wait. It seems no one is capable of prorating my bill to Jan 17 and emailing me what I owe. I have spoke to 3 different agents who all tell me a different amount . I am not happy with the treatment from this company.
