Unable to respond to a post.

Hi: trying to respond to a post I made a few weeks ago and am getting the following error:

'Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested.'

Which post? Sometimes they are locked.

Hi: thanks for responding.  I was trying to respond to my own post of a few weeks ago titled: Alarm system loses dial tone on Home Phone.  The issue happened again at 0400. Paul
