I am trying to add channels but keep getting thrown out of "manage"

It tells me there was a problem and to try again later. It has been 2 weeks...

By chance did you recently subscribe to TV service or did you make any other mid-billing cycle changes?

Yes, recently subscribed. Just over a month ago. we already had internet
