When I check my billing I was billed for home security.
the Telus personel who knock on my door and offer me an good deal for my internet, at first I am hesitant coz it can be a scam ( and it is a scam)
He convinced me to renew my internet and he said he will give me free doorbell and some smart plug.
He didn’t mentioned about paying for the security home service .
I know myself that I don’t want extra payment I just want internet .
Now I am paying for home security $35 with $10 off
Please cancel my home security. I don’t have extra money to pay for it . I can’t even afford internet but we need it .
please tell your people not to scam customers.
