Issues with Returning Phone and Billing Discrepanc

I canceled my services with Telus at the end of my contract in November 2024 as I was disgusted with the entire company and their practices from the first week I signed on the line!      I was on a bring it back contract meaning when my contract ended I was supposed to BRING IT BACK!    I was denied the ability to return it to the store I dealt with to sign my contract and they gave me a shipping slip and box to mail it to Mississauga Ontario via UPS!     I mailed it back a week and a half later (I even put the phone in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, with the charging cord in the box).        I wiped my hands clean of Telus officially….. or so I thought..     2.5 months later I received a bill to my email stating I owed $260!    Conveniently the exact price I’d owe if I kept the phone…..     I have documents proving the phone was shipped, and delivered (received by GREG).       So I jump on the phone to the useless customer service department and they assured me within 5 days they’ll have answers and contact me!       7 days later I call customer service yet again, and they’ve made no progress.  Still waiting for the warehouse to locate the phone they’ve had in their possession for 60+ days!         They’ll “call me back”.     4 days later I call back once more and I’m getting emails saying the bill is overdue and heading to collections!   So now the incompetent Telus employees are attacking my credit. Now I’m sitting here a week and a half later still waiting for a call or an email from anyone with cognitive function before I contact the BBB, CRTC, Telus gardens corporate offices.           Is there anyone that can assist me in closing out this chapter of my life before my credit is destroyed over a phone I no longer have because I followed a legal contract that Telus couldn’t even follow themselves!
