T3200M router reset can’t get access to wifi/internet

So I pressed the reset button on my router because the internet wasn’t working and now everything is back to factory setting but I cannot connect it brings up the Telus website and I tried to do what it says but it times out, how do I fix this do we have to call Telus or what needs to be done I am very lost...? Help!

A factory reset on the gateway is one of the last steps that should be taken if your connection isn't working. Calling Telus is the step before. What Telus website are you seeing now?

Try rebooting the ethernet-connected computer attached to your T3200M to see if it gets a new IP address.
