So I was mailed an offer pamphlet for 3gb fiber (PureFibre X 3.0)
It's addressed to me by name, at my address.
When I go to the link telus.com/purefibrex is tells me that it's not available at my address.
I've been requesting service through their web tool for close to 10 years now, and figured they'd finally upgraded my neighbourhood.
Is it possible that their marketing department is so dull that they're sending out the offers to areas that don't even have fibre runs ? Or is their signup tool just messed up ?

Hey @therealjcole we should be doing area-based marketing so it might be an error that your address, or your side of the street is not eligible but across the street is ready to go.
I am sorry that you are receiving these marketing materials but your address is not ready. We can always double-check our systems if you'd like. We just need some personal information so please send us a private message

I am getting similar, but direct texts to my phone from Telus advertising the PureFibre X 3.0 (at a great price locked in for 2 years!) But when I check my availability, it says no way... not sure why I would get these texts (3 times now!) from Telus if it's not available to me, considering they know my address...
