Hi, I had a Disney Plus Premium account through the Stream Plus Premium subscription with Telus. I received the 24 months of standard Disney Plus through the recent signup promo so both show in my Telus account. When I went to redeem the standard subscription I accidentally signed into my account with the premium (through stream plus). It converted my premium account to standard and now I can't change it back. I've cancelled the standard with Telus but I still can't change it back.
I even called Disney Plus and they couldn't make adjustments to a third party billing subscription.
Is there anything that I can do to get my Premium account back?
I spent hours on the line with Telus agents who gave me the runaround to the point of the call center closing while they put me on hold while the "checked" something. Disappointing and terrible customer service from Telus agents so far.

Hi @ajsvxx - you'd have to cancel your entire subscription to Stream+ and once that is cancelled you'd have to re-sign up for Premium and do the appropriate linkages
