Bill cost went up from last month, no warning
So my bill last month for 2 phones was $183.64 and the month before was $178.50. No explanation as to the cost increase, but as I dug through the two bills I noticed the “device care complete” went up $3.00. Not sure why that is? Also, even with that increase and the subsequent increase in tax, it doesn’t account for the full amount of increase.. thoughts?794Views0likes1CommentRe: Sent an offer for 3gb, but their signup tool says it's not available.
I am getting similar, but direct texts to my phone from Telus advertising the PureFibre X 3.0 (at a great price locked in for 2 years!) But when I check my availability, it says no way... not sure why I would get these texts (3 times now!) from Telus if it's not available to me, considering they know my address...1.2KViews1like0Comments
