- My issue was there already a week and still at step 0 to solve the problem.
- Is it very hard to get call back from Telus? after we signed for the agreement. After they lied by putting higher price on the agreement and now they didn't want to solve when customer want to discuss again.
- Why don't you just ask my phone number then do the callback instead of having to verify my account while your link isn't working.
