3 months agoHi tyip88 - generally our boost system will work as follows:
- The main boost connected to the NAH will make the network name and password whatever is configured to this one.
- Any additional boost connected will automatically adopt the SSID and password without any configuration needed.
This means that if you make the SSID name change to the main boost, any others will adopt it. Does that help?

This information is no longer accurate. I just spoke to TELUS support and the agent told me that TELUS no longer supports more than 1 TELUS wifi boost 7. According to him if their system showed 1 wifi boost 7 then thats what you will get. you can buy another one and add it to the network and it will link up and show up fine and connected in your app and browser portal but will not show up in TELUS systems meaning it wont do anything. He said TELUS systems have been upgraded and they cannot add my 2nd wifi boost 7 in their system and that i should get "Telus Wifi Plus" for better coverage. Here is a screenshot of my current setup:
Primary Wifi boost 7 wired to my NAH. Secondary Wifi boost 7 wired to my Primary wifi boost 7. however, no wireless device will ever connect to 2nd one eventhough everything shows green.
Super disappointed.
