Telus Ch. 965 Inultra schedule issues
I recently noted that I have access to Telus channel 965, Inultra. Looking at the schedule, there seem to be some programs worth recording. I set for four of them, according to the schedule, and got completely different programs. Looking at the channel 965 schedule, I can see no correlation at all to what is actually shown. Not just the times, but the actual programs! I ended up recording programs on flying drones, which do not appear in the schedule anytime on any day. I was looking for the program 'Breakthrough' which is on the schedule but not on the actual channel.
Can Telus please confirm that the Telus guide schedule for Ch. 965 is actually correct?

I agree that what is being broadcast is Inultra. The logo in the left upper corner confirms that. However, there is 0% correlation between what is on at any time with what the Telus guide shows. My suspicion is that the guide listings are actually for another of the InsightTV channels, which are being shown in error. When I search for an actually broadcast show's name, I get no results in the search function. Examples are "Drone" or "Two Oceans".

Hello again. We've heard back from our Optik team regarding this issue. Due to a vendor issue on their side, unfortunately schedule recording is not going to be accurate until further notice. They're working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible, so we hope there'll be a fix put in place as soon as possible!

Hey rhvic - Upon checking, Channel 965 is indeed Inultra. As for the channel guide schedule, We can notify our Optik team to look into this. There may be the off chance that there could be discrepancies between the guide and what’s airing live.
