Official Support TeamHello again. We've heard back from our Optik team regarding this issue. Due to a vendor issue on their side, unfortunately schedule recording is not going to be accurate until further notice. They're working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible, so we hope there'll be a fix put in place as soon as possible!
I am glad to note that about a week ago, the correct Telus schedule for Inultra ch965 appeared on the Telus guide! Now I can finally set to record some of their interesting programming. Too bad that took so long to get sorted!
