Cannot connect to any human

I've called the every different Telus help number to try and get ahold of a real person and nothing is working, every time I get to the end of that stupid automated system it times out and says there's an error and I have to hang up and call again. I've tried the chat, I've tried Facebook messenger, I've tried twitter. Please, I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON about port protect on my phone!!!

    It took 5 tries to get to an actual human - literally yelling 'agent, agent, agent, agent' until the bot finally gave up. Then was on the line for 1hr 56min for nothing to be resolved. Then had a bring it back nightmare issue (will be cancelling my business and home services tomorrow due to it) and sat there for 1hr 36min again for nothing to be resolved. After 12+yrs Telus is the absolute WORST to deal with. 

  • I have had so much trouble trying to connect with Telus for support via phone and through their app. Three times yesterday only to be told by the not to hang up and try again. Had to figure out how to contact through app. Have been waiting over 4 hours now to get someone to call me to speak in person. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

  • I was promised a call back in 15 minutes 75 minutes ago.  The automated attendant is unable to help.  I want to cancel the Device Care Complete service associated with my account since my phone is more than two years old and the service has no further value to me.  I thought I had cancelled it twice online via my account.  I didn't get an error, but it keeps showing up on my bill.   According to an item in the support section, I need to speak with a real person by phone or in-store.  I resent having to make a trip for something I should be able to do online.  Please call!
