Cannot connect to any human
I've called the every different Telus help number to try and get ahold of a real person and nothing is working, every time I get to the end of that stupid automated system it times out and says there...
It took 5 tries to get to an actual human - literally yelling 'agent, agent, agent, agent' until the bot finally gave up. Then was on the line for 1hr 56min for nothing to be resolved. Then had a bring it back nightmare issue (will be cancelling my business and home services tomorrow due to it) and sat there for 1hr 36min again for nothing to be resolved. After 12+yrs Telus is the absolute WORST to deal with.
