Bill Download Issue

ok i cant believe that that the extent of customer service for a service that i have paid more than 20000 over the years foe comes to a forum page 

but my problem is that i cant get my bills emailed to me i dont want to log on to the portal to view my bill i just want a email pdf of my bill 

the only thing that i get is a zip file that i cannot open is there a logical reason why it cant be sent as a pdf file

i spend a small fortune for this service it shouldn't be to much to ask to receive  my bill;

    well i guess you fail to see any logic i pay for a service that at one time used to provide me with a bill documenting my usage to pay for the services that i received now i am supposed to go log on to their server to get my bill i reluctantly went to online billing because the billing in the mail was so sporadic one could only conclude that it was being done on purpose to make every one switch.

    now i have to go and get my bill from their server would it be too much to ask to have them send me a pdf of my bill so i can pay for it.

    the answer is NO its not to much to ask i have paid over 20000 to TELUS I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A BILL!!! 

    now i get a zipped file that i cant open it takes more computing power to send the zipped file that when opened is only 450KB its just ridiculous when you call TELUS you should be able to talk to a person not a computer also it would be nice if the person could understand English

    If you login to My Telus (either the web or the app) there is an option to download your bill as a PDF.

        Hey gw2 - Anytime you download your bill through My TELUS, a PDF file is downloaded. This can change though depending on the browser/computer settings.

         

        This is an example of what the file looks like: 

         

        Alternatively if your computer insists on downloading as a .zip file, all you need to do is unzip the file and the PDF will be inside of it. Pick a destination to unzip it to and you'll have it.

         

        Unfortunately this is outside of our control. You can try a different browser too
