I received a call from met credit services about a month ago for a past due home security camera bill which was over 1700 dollars. I have been calling telus regarding it since the past one month that I have never got any services from telus as I was a koodo customer. I have never got any camera which they charged me for.
Upon calling telus I was first told that the amount would be waived off as I don't owe them anything. After that also the calls from met credit services weren't stopping so I called telus again. This time they said they don't have my account they gave it to general credit services for collection. I called up general credit services and they said they don't have my account. The agents are also unaware and I am here stuck with the amount to be waived off.

Update:
I got the call back from the manager and she said she is investigating my account. I believe her name was Elly. After some time when no solution was provided I decided to call again and she said I had to call met credit to open up a dispute with them. I called met credit and they told me they are just a third party collection agency and they can't do anything I'll have to call telus. So I did the same and telus is now refusing to waive off the amount and isn't helping either. The manager also refused to call me back even though I requested.
