Billing increase and two year term

I signed for a new two year contract in late July early August for 114. Without 30 day legal notice they have started charging me 209.  I spoke to loyalty and escalated it and they said they can’t do anything.  I have looked on Reddit and this is happening to multiple ppl.. watch your accounts. I also looked up terms and service Telus agreement and it says they have to give 30 days notice..

Oh it’s being looked into and loyalty and someone hire said nothing they can do because accounting took them off and you no longer off we the discounts, even though by law and by your service terms you had to give 30 days.  So today I have cancelled my tv and phone which I have had for over 30 years.. it was my dad’s number before he died in 1998 and now I lost it.
